What should I do if my order is missing or incorrect?

Can I cancel or modify an order?
We understandāthings come up. If you need to modify or cancel before your order ships, weāve got you covered. At Goldie, we work hard to get your items out quickly, which means thereās only a small window to make changes.
Contact info@goldiedogessentials.com right away, and weāll do everything we can to help. However if your order has processed or we are not able to speak with you in time, it will be shipped.

Are Goldie products vet-approved?
Yes! Every Goldie product has been reviewed and approved by a practicing Veterinarian to ensure the highest standards are met for you & your dog.
Are Goldie products cruelty-free?

How long will it take for Miracle Mist and Miracle Rinse to be effective?
Treatment length varies. We recommend using 2-4x daily for a minimum of 10 days before determining efficacy.
If your dog is actively licking, scratching, or biting the irritated site, we recommend using a barrier method (like a cone) in addition to using Miracle Mist for quicker results.
Although Miracle Mist and Miracle Rinse is completely lick-safe, it's important to prevent your dog from licking it off right after application for best results.
Why is there white sediment in my fragrance?
This is due to the organic coconut solidifying in cooler temperatures. To dissolve any sediment, simply place the bottle in lukewarm (not hot-this may cause the label to separate!) water for 2-3 minutes. Once dissolved, gently tilt the bottle up and down to disperse the coconut evenly. Donāt worry, the label is waterproof!
What if my dog has a reaction to one of your products?
If an allergy or irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact your vet immediately.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping Info
We ship to the US and Canada.
Domestic/US: Shipping is free for orders $50+. If your order is less than $50, shipping is based on weight and location.
International/Canada: Shipping is flat rate. Tax and duties may be applicable upon delivery.
Note: international customers are responsible for all duties and taxes. Given the evolving economic environment, we cannot estimate what these charges are. Please research current duties/taxes for your country prior to ordering.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In stock items are usually processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders that come in after 2pm Friday will be shipped out the following Monday or Tuesday.
US/Domestic: If your order contains in stock and presale items, your order may be delivered in separate packages. We aim to ship in stock items within 3 business days. Presale items will ship separately when the item is in stock.
Canada/International: If your order contains in stock and presale items, your order will ship when all items are in stock.
Domestic, standard shipping delivery is typically 3-5 business days. International delivery varies.
If you provide your email when placing your order, tracking information and updates will be emailed to you.Ā
There are occasional circumstances outside of our control that could impact standard shipping. This includes lost packages and general shipment delays from the mail courier.
Please note, once the package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over your package location and shipping timeline, as it is with the mail courier.
If your shipment takes longer than the standard timeline above, file a claim with the respective mail courier as soon as possible. If you are not able to reach resolution within 3 weeks, please contact us at info@goldiedogessentials.com with your claim documentation so that we can support.
What happens if it says my package is delivered, but I haven't received it?
If your package is missing, please contact the carrier and file a claim with them. Once you have filed this claim, please let us know.
Please note, Goldie is not responsible for replacing or refunding lost, stolen, or missing packages.
What is your return policy?
US domestic orders are eligible for returns/exchanges within 30 days. Item must be in original condition with proof of purchase. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund. To initiate an exchange or return, please see the returns & exchange policy.
Please note, Canadian orders are final sale.
