What if my dog has irritation or an allergic reaction?
This can happen with any fragranced product. Discontinue use and contact your vet immediately if this occurs.
Why is there white sediment in my fragrance?
This is due to the organic coconut scent solidifying in cooler temperatures. To dissolve any sediment, simply place the bottle in lukewarm (not hot-this may cause the label to separate!) water for 2-3 minutes. Once dissolved, gently tilt the bottle up and down to disperse the coconut evenly. Don’t worry, the label is waterproof!
