What should I do if my order is missing or incorrect?

Can I cancel or modify an order?
Orders submitted on goldiedogessentials.com get processed ASAP. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact info@goldiedogessentials.com and we will try our best to modify or cancel your order.
Are Goldie products vet-approved?
Yes! Every Goldie product has been reviewed and approved by a practicing Veterinarian to ensure the highest standards are met for you & your dog.
What if my dog has a reaction to one of your products?
If an allergy or irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact your vet immediately.
Why is there white sediment in my fragrance?
This is due to the organic coconut solidifying in cooler temperatures. To dissolve any sediment, simply place the bottle in lukewarm (not hot-this may cause the label to separate!) water for 2-3 minutes. Once dissolved, gently tilt the bottle up and down to disperse the coconut evenly. Don’t worry, the label is waterproof!
Are Goldie products cruelty-free?
Yes, all Goldie products are cruelty-free.

Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere in the US & Canada.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We try our best to ship all products within 48 hours of your purchase. Once shipped, your products should arrive in 2-5 days. However, on some occasions outside of our control, shipment may take longer. If you provide your email when placing your order, tracking information and updates will be emailed to you. If you feel your shipment is taking longer than expected, please email info@goldiedogessentials.com.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders over $50 in the United States. If your order is less than $50, your shipping is based on weight and location. Shipments to Canada are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be satisfied with anything you purchase from us. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please email info@goldiedogessentials.com so we can make it right.

We offer a 30-day free return/exchange policy. Item must be in original condition with proof of purchase. Start return via account profile, or contact us to exchange at info@goldiedogessentials.com.
