Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. 

To start your return or exchange, complete the self service form in your account profile. You may contact us at info@goldiedogessentials.com with any questions. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to complete your exchange is to return the unwanted/unused item in its original packaging. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds
You will receive a notification via the email address associated with your purchase once your return has been inspected and approved. Once approved, an automatic refund will go to the original payment method within 15 business days. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for your bank to process and post the refund. If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and your refund has not posted, please contact info@goldiedogessentials.com so we can follow up. 

Fees for Exchanges and Returns  
You are responsible for exchange and return shipping. If the return item made your original order eligible for free shipping, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, a 10% restock fee applies to both exchanges and returns. Please make your order carefully. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if you notice defects, damage or the wrong item in your shipment so we can rectify the issue.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
